Is the free plan genuinely free?

Yes. No time limit, no trial expiry, no credit card needed. You can take live orders on the free plan indefinitely. We make money when you choose to activate paid modules.

Are there any per-order or transaction fees?

No Eatza fees per order, ever. If you activate the Online Payments module, Stripe's standard card processing fee applies (1.4–2.9% + 30p depending on card type) — that goes to Stripe, not us.

Can I cancel a module at any time?

Yes. Modules are billed monthly and can be deactivated at any time. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

What does the Reseller / Agency plan cost?

Resellers sign up as partners and manage multiple restaurant accounts. Each restaurant is billed at standard rates — resellers set their own margins on top and keep the difference. Learn more about the partner programme →
